To change the user limit, there is a "Billing" module found under the gear wheel in the software, where you can increase or decrease the limit yourself:

If the statuses have been changed, the limit should also be lowered via the billing module, and you can also increase the limit via the same module:
This module is automatically found under the main administrator user, but under rights, you can specify who else should have this right:
If you change (raise or lower) the limit in the middle of the month, this change will be reflected in your next month's invoice.
