You have implemented time and attendance software in your company, and you have employees who are initially definitely skeptical about it. To gain trust, employees can also monitor their working hours in the software. If you do not grant the employee administration rights, employees will only see their own working hours when they login to the software.

How to do it?

  • For users of the Begin smart app, it's a breeze. All you have to do is press "Log in" on the website and the employee can log into the software with the same username and password that they use to log into the smart application and view their working hours.
    If you have not assigned a user ID or password to the employee yet, you can find instructions for doing that HERE.

  • For those registering from a device, it is necessary to set a user ID (employee's personal e-mail address or phone number) and a password for logging in on the employee's form. Read more about it HERE.
