In order for the employees to be able to register their working hours by calling, there are certain requirements that need to be met first:
Employees must have their phone number added under the ‘Gear wheel’ - ‘Employees’ - 'Edit' - ‘General information’
2. An object must be created, the employees must be bound to the object as well as object's PIN code must be given to employees to be able to register
3. If a pin-calculator is being used, it must be bound to an object as well as employees must be bound to the object in order to be able to register
To register working time with a landline, proceed as follows
When you arrive at the object, call 777 2727
Select the language by pressing 1 (Estonian) or 2 (Russian)
Enter your personal 4-digit PIN code and press the bars
The phone says - PIN code correct, arrival at work registered
To register working hours at the site with a personal mobile phone, proceed as follows
When you arrive at the site, call 777 2727
Select the language by pressing 1 (Estonian) or 2 (Russian)
Enter the object's PIN code, which you can find in the software, and press the bars
The phone says - PIN code correct, arrival at work registered
NB! The correct phone number must also be entered in the software under the employee for the system to know who to link the working hours with.
To register working time using a personal mobile phone and a PIN-calculator, proceed as follows
When you arrive at the site, call 777 2727
Select the language by pressing 1 (Estonian) or 2 (Russian)
Enter the 6-digit PIN code displayed on the PIN calculator and press the bars
The phone says - PIN code correct, arrival at work registered
NB! The correct phone number must be entered under the employee, and the PIN calculator must be linked to the object.
