If your company has elderly employees or employees without smartphones, this is not an obstacle for registering working hours! Begin has developed a brigade functionality, with which the brigade or site manager can start the work of their team from their own application.
To start the working hours of employees, the brigade or site manager must press "Team" icon in the application and then select the desired employees by pressing the "Employees" button.
After selecting the employees, the object where the employees will work must be selected.
If everything is correctly selected, press "Start" on the upper right corner and all the selected employee's worktime has been started.
The brigade or site manager can also assign employees to work on different sites individually, if needed.
The same steps are required to end the working time - you have to select the desired employees whose working time you want to end and press the "End" button.
