Registration of working time using a face print/fingerprint/chip card:

  • To register working time, the employee must stand in front of the device's screen until the yellow square positions the employee's face, place their fingerprint on the reader or wave their smart card against the reader.

  • The device should display “Verifying. Please wait"

  • Next, the employee must measure their own temperature from the wrist - the device displays "Measure temperature from your wrist" - the device initially displays "Measuring temp" until the screen displays either:

  1. In case of suspicion of temperature, "Please contact your manager. You might have a fever; please take the control measurement.”

  • Working hours are not started

  • The administrator/manager will be notified by e-mail about the suspicion if notifications have been set for them see instructions HERE)

  • A new manual measurement of temperature should be performed

2. If there is no suspicion of temperature, the employee's working hours will be started, and the green text "Welcome back (employee's name)" and the start time of the working hours will be displayed
