After enabling the temperature measurement (instructions HERE), it must be determined for managers + administrators whether they will be notified by e-mail about the employee's temperature.
For this, you need to select Employees under the gear wheel ⚙️ and set the desired managers + administrators to receive notifications to "Yes":
