It is possible to register working time through the face print device in four different ways:

  • Faceprint

  • Fingerprint

  • Smart card

  • Employee’s PIN code

In order for an employee to be able to register their working hours with a fingerprint, face print, or smart card, the employee's fingerprints or smart card must first be read into the device. To make fingerprints or a smart card, you can find a guide HERE, and to add face prints, you can find a guide HERE.

The fingerprints must then be linked to the employee in the software. Instructions for doing this can be found HERE

After completing the previous two steps, the employee can start registering their working time.

Different options for doing this:

Registration of working hours using a face print:

To register working time, the employee must stand in front of the device's screen until the yellow square positions the employee's face. The device should display "Identification" and then display "Started working time".

Registration of working hours using a fingerprint:

The employee must place their finger on the device reader on the right to register working time. The device should display "Identification" and then display "Started working time".

Registration of working hours using a smart card:

To register working time, the employee must place their smart card on the smart card reader on the right. The device should display "Identification" and then display "Started working time".

Registration of working hours using a PIN code:

Each employee has a unique PIN code, which is automatically generated for the employee by the system and cannot be changed. The PIN code of the employee can be found in the software by selecting "Setup" - "Employees" - open the desired employee via the Edit button at the end of the line:

To register working hours, the employee must press the keyboard icon on the device's screen and enter their 4-digit pin code:
