Instructions on how to add an employee's face print on the device

In order for an employee to start registering their working time with a face print, the face print must first be read by the device. For this, proceed as follows:

  1. Press the gear wheel icon on the device screen

  2. Enter the password if you have one set on the device

  3. Select "Users" - "Add face"

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions, i.e., face the camera until five photos have been taken

  5. Write down the Face ID number displayed on the screen

After the initial registration of face prints from the device, they must also be linked to the right employee in the software. For this, proceed as follows:

  1. Enter the software and select "Setup" and "Terminals" in the top right

  2. Then press the "Fingerprints and chips" button on the top right and set the name of the correct employee after each sequence number (the number given by the device when reading the face) (find the name of the correct person in the drop-down menu that opens via the "Select employee" button):
