In the application, you can choose four working languages: Estonian, English, Russian, and Latvian.
Logging in is done with the employee's e-mail OR phone number and the password assigned to the user by the system administrator, i.e., the main user. Read more about setting a password HERE.
Start and end of working hours.
Deleting/changing the started work time and adding work time manually (if the user has been given the right to do so by the administrator).
Commenting on working hours.
Starting and ending a break.
Deleting/changing a started break and manually adding a break (if the user has been given the right to do so by the administrator).
Positioning of the starting and ending location of working hours.
Sites, types of work, and jobs can be added to working time. The software can determine in advance what is mandatory and what is not.
Ability to set favourite sites, work types, and jobs.
Option to add photos.
View of the time sheet, which displays working hours with start and end times, site information, and duration.
The application also works offline. Data is sent to the Begin web application when the network connection is established/restored.
