If your company has elderly employees or employees without smartphones, this is not an obstacle for registering working hours! Begin has developed a brigade functionality, with which the brigade or site manager can start the work of their team from their own application.

To use the brigade function, let us know of your wish, and we will turn it on for your company. After turning it on, you must remove the check mark "Only see/add/edit own data" in the rights of the brigade or site manager, i.e., this employee must be in the role of the manager in the software (read more about different roles HERE). This is necessary so that the brigade or site manager can see the employees they have to start registering for work.

The brigade manager can register working time for those sites that are attached to them on the "Bound objects" page.

To start the working hours of employees, the brigade or site manager must press "Team" in the application and then select the desired employees by pressing the "Employees" button. After selecting the employees, the object where the employees will work must be selected.

If the brigade or site manager has made these selections, the next step is to press "Start" and then the selected employees are registered to work at the selected object.

The brigade or site manager can also assign employees to work on different sites individually.

The same steps are required to end the working time - you have to select the desired employees whose working time you want to end and press the "End" button.
