If you have requested geofence notifications from us, we will enable this feature for your company.
After we have enabled it, you need to switch the notification on in the software (see image for guidance).
To use the geofence notification, please follow these points:
An address and radius must be set for the Object
The Employee must be linked to the Object
Under Settings, in the "Mobile app" module, set the geofence notification trigger time (the minimum value is 1 minute)
When an Employee enters the Object's radius and has not opened the app and registered themselves to work within the configured number of minutes, Begin sends a notification to the phone (always in English): Open Begin to start work or Open Begin to end your day.
