Use the Rivilė integration to export working hours and absences from Begin and import them into Rivilė-GAMA payroll software.
Configure export fields
Before generating exports:
Ensure each employee has an Export code configured in their employee profile. The code must match the employee identifier used in Rivilė-GAMA.
If you allocate hours to projects or sites, ensure each object has an Export code configured.
The following fields are included automatically:
Worker export code
Worker name
Object export code
Total work hours
Night hours
Weekend hours
Holiday hours
Overtime
Absence type
Note: The export format is predefined and cannot be modified.
Export hours
Open the Export tab.
Select the month you want to export.
Choose a data source:
Real hours – uses worked hours based on attendance.
Hybrid – combines scheduled and real hours.
Scheduled hours – uses hours from the schedule.
(Optional) Click Filter to export data for specific employees, locations, departments, or objects.
(Optional) Enable Subtract breaks if your payroll process requires break time to be excluded from worked hours.
Click Generate Export.
Download the generated XLSX workbook.
Import the workbook into Rivilė-GAMA using its standard timesheet import process.
Working hours and absences are included automatically in the export.
Export history
After generating an export, it is automatically added to the export history list.
For each export, you can view:
Export status
Export period
Data source used
Number of records
User who generated the export
Applied filters
You can also download previously generated export files from the history list.
Troubleshooting
Employee missing from export
Make sure the employee has an Export code configured in their employee profile.
Hours are assigned to the wrong project
Verify that the object's Export code matches the corresponding project or object identifier in Rivilė-GAMA.
Absence is missing from the export
Verify that the absence falls within the selected export period and has been approved in Begin.
Rivilė-GAMA rejects the import
Verify that the employee and object codes used in Begin match the corresponding records in Rivilė-GAMA.
