Admins and managers with the manage requests permission can view and manage all employee requests from a central page.
How to open the requests page
Click Requests in the left sidebar. The page shows all requests from employees in your departments (admins see all employees).
Filtering requests
Use the filter bar at the top to narrow down the list:
Search — find requests by employee name
Date range — filter by request start/end dates
Status — filter by Pending, Approved, or Rejected
Absence type — filter by specific absence types
Forwarding — show requests assigned to you or forwarded to others
Customizing the display
The request list shows these columns (some may be toggled via display settings):
Name — employee name with avatar
Type — absence type with color badge
Start / End — request dates (includes time if not a full working day)
Duration — how many days or hours the request covers
Comment — the employee's comment on the request
Manager's comment — any comment added by the approver
Payment — the payment type ("Before vacation" or "With payslip")
Status — Pending, Approved, Rejected, Forwarded, or Assigned to you
Attachments — number of attached files
Approving and rejecting requests
Each pending request row has quick-action buttons to Approve or Reject. Click the button to change the status immediately. You can also click the request to open it in a drawer and add a manager's comment before approving or rejecting.
Bulk actions
Select multiple requests using the checkboxes, then use the floating toolbar to:
Approve all selected requests
Reject all selected requests
Delete selected requests
Forward selected requests to another manager
Editing a request
Double-click a request to open it in a drawer. Depending on the request status and your permissions, you can edit the dates, absence type, payment type, comments, and attachments. An activity log at the bottom of the drawer shows the full history of changes, approvals, and rejections for that request.
Forwarding requests
You can forward a request to another manager if someone else should handle the approval. Open the request, toggle Forward to another person, and select the manager from the dropdown. The forwarded request appears in that manager's list with an "Assigned to you" badge.
