Employees can register their working time by calling a dedicated number from their mobile phone. This works the same way as landline registration but uses the mobile phone number stored in the employee's profile.

When to use phone vs mobile app
The Begin mobile app is usually the better option for smartphone users because it provides a full interface, GPS verification, and additional features. Phone call registration is best used when:
The employee does not have a smartphone
The employee does not have internet access at the work site
The company prefers phone-based registration for simplicity
Important notes
The mobile phone number in the employee's Begin profile must match the number they are calling from
If the employee changes their phone number, the admin must update it in the employee profile — this regenerates the IVR records and PINs
Phone registrations appear identically in the timesheet regardless of whether the call came from a landline or mobile
