After submitting a request, you can check its status at any time from the Requests page.
How to view your requests
Click Requests in the left sidebar.
You will see a list of all your submitted requests with their current status.
Each request row shows the absence type, start and end dates, duration, and a status badge.
Request statuses
Pending — your request has been submitted and is waiting for approval.
Approved — your manager or admin has approved the request. The absence now appears on the schedule and timesheet.
Rejected — your request was not approved. Check the manager's comment for the reason.
If your request has been forwarded to a specific manager, you may also see these badge states:
Forwarded — the request has been forwarded to another manager for review.
Assigned to you — (visible to the assigned manager) the request is waiting for your action.
Can I remove a pending request?
Yes. If the request is still in Pending status, you can delete it. Open the request and use the delete action. Once a request has been approved or rejected, it cannot be deleted by the employee.
