The Timesheet is where all recorded working hours are displayed. Admins and managers use it daily to review, edit, and confirm employee hours. This article explains how to read and navigate the timesheet.

How to open the timesheet

Click Timesheets (NEW) in the left sidebar. The timesheet opens showing the current month for all employees in your department (or all employees if you are an admin).

What each column shows

The timesheet displays a grid with employees on the left and dates across the top. For each day, you can see:

  • Working hours — total hours worked that day

  • Start and end times — when the employee clocked in and out

  • Pause duration — total break time

  • Object — the work site (if applicable)

  • Difference — the difference between scheduled and actual hours

  • Status indicators — icons showing if hours are confirmed, if there are comments, or if photos were taken

How to change the time period

Use the date navigation at the top of the timesheet to switch between months. You can also select a custom date range if needed.

Summary row

At the bottom or end of each employee's row, you will see a summary showing total hours, overtime, and other aggregated data for the selected period.
