Employees can submit time-off requests (vacation, sick leave, etc.) directly from the Begin Time mobile app without needing to access the web portal.
How to submit a request
In the app, navigate to the Requests section.
Tap New request (or the + button).
Select the absence type (e.g., Vacation, Sick leave, or other types configured by your admin).
Choose the start date and end date for your absence.
Add a comment if needed (e.g., reason for the request).
Tap Submit.
What happens after submitting?
Your manager or admin will receive a notification about your request. They can approve or decline it. You can check the status of your request in the Requests section of the app — it will show as Pending, Approved, or Declined.
