As a Manager, you can oversee your team's working hours and handle time-off requests. Your exact permissions depend on what the admin has configured for your account.
What you can typically do
View and confirm timesheets for employees in your department
Approve or decline time-off requests
View work schedules for your team
View reports for your team
Use brigade mode in the mobile app to clock in your whole team
Note: Some capabilities like editing timesheets or managing schedules require additional permissions granted by your admin.
Daily workflow
Check the Dashboard to see who is currently working and who has not started yet.
Open Timesheets to review yesterday's entries. Look for missing hours, incorrect objects, or forgotten clock-outs.
Go to Requests to approve or decline any pending time-off requests from your team.
Weekly tasks
Check the Scheduler to review next week's planned shifts
Review the Timesheets for the week and flag any errors

If you cannot access a feature you need, ask your company's Begin admin. They can grant additional permissions by going to Employees, selecting your name, then clicking the Permissions tab.
