Data types

Here you can find the difference between hybrid, real and schedule data.

Reports can be generated using different source data as needed:

  1. Real data - hours in the "Duration" column in the timesheet, i.e., all hours actually completed from the timesheet. Real data shows exactly when the employee came to work and left work

  2. Hybrid data - the hours in the "Total" column from the timesheet, i.e., comparison with the schedule. Hybrid data takes into account the "Different than planned" column according to whether the area/overtime there is to be confirmed or not. Overtime hours are shown based on the schedule, while any missing hours are reported using the employee’s actual recorded working time.

  3. Schedule data - planned working hours from the schedule.

NB! The report of jobs is automatically generated using "Real data" from the time sheet.
