Begin offers a simple request module that allows employees to submit their own requests, such as absence requests, directly through the mobile app or the web software.

Submitting a Request via the Mobile Application
Accessing the Request Module
Log in to the mobile application using your username and password.
On the home screen, open the Requests module from the bottom menu.
Creating a New Request
Tap New Request.
Select the absence type.
Choose the start and end date.
Select All day or define a specific time period.
Add a comment, if needed.
Tap Save.
Once saved, the request will appear on the Requests module home screen.
Employees can also view their previous requests on the same page.
Submitting a Request via the Web Software
Employees can also submit requests through the web application.
Creating a New Request
Log in to the software using your user ID and password.
Navigate to My Applications, located next to the work schedules.
Click New Application.
Select the application type (all available absence types created by the company will be listed).
Choose the relevant dates.
Add a comment, if desired.
Click Save.
Request Review and Approval
Once a request is submitted:
It becomes visible in the Requests module for administrators and managers (provided they have the required permissions).
Managers or administrators can approve or reject the request.
Approved requests are automatically added to the work schedule.
Request Status and Visibility
While pending, the request status is “Waiting”.
After approval, the status changes to “Confirmed”.
Confirmed requests are removed from the administrator’s/manager’s request list and remain visible only in the work schedule.
