You can add new objects—also referred to as objects—by navigating to Settings → Objects → Add Object.
1. Creating a New Object
After selecting Add Object, an object configuration window will open. Here you have to:
Enter the object name
Add the object address
Define the object radius
Purpose of the Object Radius
The object radius determines the geographic zone around the worksite. It allows the system to identify whether an employee using the mobile app has started work:
Inside the object area, or
Outside the defined radius
This helps employers monitor location accuracy.
Note:
The radius does not restrict time registration.
Employees can still clock in outside the defined area.
In such cases, a yellow exclamation mark will appear on the timesheet to indicate that the location was outside the object radius.
2. Managing Employee Access to Objects
When a new object is created, all employees are automatically linked to it.
If you want to control which employees can see or select specific objects in the app:
Open the Bound Employees tab.
Move employees between the Bound and Unbound lists using drag-and-drop.
This allows you to limit visibility so employees only see the objects relevant to their role or location.
