Mobile App

The Mobile app settings define how employees can use the Smart App for time tracking.

To configure:

  1. Click on Settings from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on Mobile app.

  3. Adjust the settings.

  4. Click Save changes.


GPS location requirement

Enable Is GPS location required in APP to require location detection when starting or ending working time.

When enabled:

  • Employees cannot clock in or clock out unless GPS location is detected.

  • This helps ensure time is registered from the correct location.


Allow viewing the timesheet

Enable Allow viewing the timesheet if employees should be able to see their recorded hours in the app.

Disable this option if timesheet visibility should be limited.


Mobile app reminders (clock in / clock out)

You can set reminder notifications for each weekday.

For each day:

  • Define a reminder time for clocking in.

  • Define a reminder time for clocking out.

  • Select Never if no reminder is needed.

Employees will receive push notifications at the defined times.
