Reports

The Reports settings define how working time is displayed and which hours are included in reports.

To configure:

  1. Click on Settings from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on Reports.

  3. Adjust the settings.

  4. Click Save changes.

Time format of the reports

Choose how time is displayed in reports:

  • Timely format (for example: 186:30)

  • Decimal format (for example: 186.5)

Select the format that matches your payroll or reporting requirements.


Show only confirmed hours

Turn on Show only confirmed hours if reports should include only approved working time.

If this setting is enabled:

  • Only confirmed hours are included in reports.

  • Unconfirmed hours will not appear.

Before generating a report, make sure all required hours are confirmed on timesheet.
