In some companies, there may be employees who sometimes forget to start or end their working hours. To prevent this from happening again, Begin has come up with a new feature that gives managers the ability to set working time start/end notifications based on the day of the week.
In addition to the setting based on the day of the week, this solution can also be configured:
by company - under general company settings
per employee - on the employee's profile under the option "Notifications"
If only company-specific settings are filled, they apply to all employees.
If only employee-specific settings are filled, they apply according to the employee and the settings.
NB! If both employee-specific and company-specific settings are filled, the employee-specific settings apply to employees.
It is a local notification, which means that the phone does not need to be connected to the Internet to receive them. However, the phone must be connected to the Internet in order for the application to receive notification settings during synchronisation with the server.
