If you are using a newer generation face print reader and a temperature sensor added as a module, then for it to work, you must first turn on the capability provided in the software.
For this, select in the software:
Gear wheel - ''Settings''
From there "Biometric terminal"
Question 5: "Is temperature measurement enabled?" must be set to ''Yes''
Save the changes made
NB! The temperature can be taken only when the temperature sensor is connected to the face print recognition device via the USB port. If the setting is set to "Yes" and the device does not have a temperature sensor, then the temperature measurement is not requested.
