Begin has developed a simple module with basic functions where employees can submit their own requests. Please let us know if you want to use this module, and we can turn it on for your company

To create a request in the mobile application, you need to log in with your username and password.

On the front page of the application, a 'Request module' has been added to the menu at the bottom.

To send a request, click 'New request'

To add a new request, you must:

  1. Select the absence type

  2. Select start and end date

  3. Choose either 'All day' or select a specific time

  4. Add a comment if necessary

  5. Press 'Save'

The saved request appears on the module's home page. The user's previous requests can also be seen on the same page.

It is also possible to request absence through the software. When the employee logs into the software with their user ID and password, they will see an option called "My applications" next to the work schedules:

  1. To add a new request, the employee must click "New application"

  2. They must then select the type of application, where they can see all previously created absence types of the company

  3. Select the desired dates

  4. If desired, add a comment

  5. Save the request

Once the request has been sent, it will be visible to the administrators and managers (if they have the permission) in the Requests module. There, it is possible to confirm them, and then all confirmed absences will automatically appear in the work schedule.

If the request has been approved by the administrator/manager, the employee's request status changes to "confirmed" instead of "waiting" and the given request disappears from the administrator's/manager's view and is visible only in the work schedule:

Employee can also see the request's status through the mobile app:
