In order for a new employee to start registering their working time, the employee's fingerprints, face print, or, if necessary, a smart card must first be registered in the device.
Initial registration of an employee's fingerprints:
Press the gear wheel icon on the device screen
Enter the password if you have one set on the device
Select "Users" - "Add fingerprint"
Ask the employee to press the sensor three times with the same finger
Write down the name of the employee and the serial number of the fingerprint that appeared on the screen
To continue reading fingerprints, select "Add more" or click the back arrow button to finish
We recommend that one employee scans at least three different fingerprints (for example, two fingerprints of the right hand + 1 fingerprint of the left hand)
NB! After the initial registration of fingerprints/smart cards from the device, they must also be linked to the right employee in the software.
For initial registration of an employee's smart card:
Press the gear wheel icon on the device screen
Enter the password if you have one set on the device
Select "Users" - "Add card"
Place the smart card against the lower right corner of the device
Write down the employee's name and the sequence number of the smart card that appeared on the screen
