Do your employees want to see their timesheet, i.e., hours worked, in the application? Now they have this opportunity 😊
This feature is automatically enabled in the software for all smart app users. If you don't want them to view the time sheet in the app, you can turn it off yourself under the general settings. For this select:

allow viewing the timesheet: "No"
Employees can see the time sheet by clicking on the calendar icon at the bottom of the application. If they do not have this option, ask them to update the application or close the application once and then open it again.
For each employee, the hours worked by them are displayed on the application's time sheet, along with the start and end time, site, and duration. The period of the current month is automatically displayed, but the period can also be selected as desired by clicking on the period cell.
If the employee has been granted the appropriate rights (manager/administrator role), working hours can also be added manually in the application. More detailed information about manually adding working hours is HERE.
Administrators and managers only see their own working hours in the application, even if they have a department/site determined to be visible under their rights.
