You noticed that the employee has a red square/dot at the end of the start time on the time sheet. The red square indicates lateness on the time sheet. For example, if an employee was scheduled to work at 8 a.m. but only logged in at 8:06 a.m., a red square will appear at the end of their start time:

The lateness does not appear in all cases, so first, you need to review the more detailed settings of the shifts, where you can change the lateness tolerance:

If you set "Use tolerance for delay" to YES, the lateness of the employee will not be shown on the timesheet until the time that you set in the "Tolerance for delay".

For example, if you set the tolerance to 5 minutes in "Tolerance for delay", then if the employee comes to work at 06:04, their lateness will not be shown on the time sheet. However, if the employee comes to work at 06:07, the timesheet will show lateness.
