What settings need to be reviewed before deploying reports?

Before generating the reports, two minor general settings should be reviewed:

  1. Time format of reports - you must specify the time format in which you want the reports to be: timely (186:30; 120:45) or numerical (186.5; 120.75)

  2. Show only confirmed hours - if you want the hours to be checked and confirmed on the hour page first - select "Yes". If confirming hours is not important for you, select "No".

PS! If you specify that only confirmed hours will be included in the report, they must also be confirmed on the time sheet first. Otherwise, the data will not be included in the report. Read more HERE.
