Instructions on which statuses can be assigned to a job type and when to use which one

It is possible to set the status of the job type as either active or archived. This can be done by opening "Settings" - "Types of job" and opening the job type from the "Edit" button. Select the appropriate status for the work type using the "Status" drop-down menu and save the changes.

  • The active type of job is the one that employees can choose when registering their working hours. The active type of job is visible in the software filters and smart application options. When you save a new job type, it is automatically assigned.

  • The archived selection should be made if the job type has ended, employees no longer need to register working hours there, and there is no need to display data related to the type of job on the timesheet or reports. In the future, it will be possible to change the status of the archived job type back to active/inactive and view all the information related to the job type again.

Types of jobs with archived status can be found by going to "Settings" - "Types of jobs" and select "Archived" as the status:
