It is possible to set the status of the object as either active, inactive, or archived. This can be done by opening "Settings" - "Objects" and opening the object from the "Edit" button. Select the appropriate status for the object using the "Status" drop-down menu and save the changes.

  • An active object is where employees can register their working hours. The active object is visible in software filters and phone application options. When you save a new object, it is automatically assigned.

  • The inactive option should be made if the object has ended, employees no longer need to register working hours there, but data related to the object should still be displayed and filtered on the time sheet and reports.

  • The archived selection should be made if the object has ended, employees no longer need to register working hours there, and there is no need to display object data on the time sheet or reports. In the future, it will be possible to change the status of the archived object back to active/inactive and view all information related to the object again.

Archived and inactive object can be found by going to "Settings" - "Objects" and selecting the desired option from the "Status" filter.
