Automatic closure

Automatic closure is a feature that helps keep the time sheet organized. The purpose of the solution is to eliminate the possibility where the employee forgets to end the working hours in the evening, and when they log in the morning of the next working day, they instead end the previous day's working hours.

You can change this setting by selecting "Settings" - "Automatic Closure" under the gear wheel:

  1. How many hours is the employee's maximum consecutive working time - set the maximum length of the consecutive working time. After the selected time has passed, the open time line on the employee's timesheet is automatically closed, and a yellow question mark appears instead of the end time

  1. Do employees also work at night (from one day to the next) - If employees do not work past midnight, the open time line on the employee's time sheet is closed at midnight, and a yellow question mark appears instead of the end time
