Overtime

There are many options for setting up overtime accounting in the software. Let's start from the beginning:

  • The first thing you should do is determine whether overtime is accounted for on a daily or monthly basis in your company.

  • If you account for the hours based on the day, determine the standard hours of the day, after which the software starts marking time as overtime.

  • If the accounting of overtime is performed in the company as a summation - you can choose the length of the summation period.

  • In addition to the length of the period, it is necessary to specify the month at the beginning of the period

  • The software offers the possibility to automatically shorten the working day before a national holiday by a certain number of hours (3 hours)

  • If the employee should be at work at the change of month, you can configure how the software calculates working hours.

  • The multiplier of the hourly rate for overtime can also be determined

Evening hours

The law no longer requires evening hours as a separate type of payment, but many companies still use it.

To automatically account for evening hours, turn on this setting by selecting "Yes" - I want to account for evening hours.

  • Determine what time the evening hours start and end

  • Determine the hourly rate multiplier for evening hours

Night hours

The law stipulates that night work is presumptively performed for additional pay. By agreement with the employee, compensation can also be paid in free time. For working at night (22:00-06:00), the employee must be paid 1.25 times the salary.

To automatically account for night hours, turn on this setting by selecting "Yes" - I want to account for night hours.

  • Determine what time the night hours start and end

  • Determine the multiplier of the hourly wage for night hours - if the employee must be paid 1.25 times the salary, then 0.25 must be indicated as the multiplier

Weekend hours

If you want to automatically account for weekend hours separately, select "Yes" - I want to account for weekend hours:

  • Determine the multiplier of the hourly fee for weekend hours - if, for example, there is a 2-time fee (double fee) on the weekend, then 1 must be indicated as the multiplier.

Public holiday hours

Public holiday hours are automatically accounted for by the software thanks to the built-in schedule module.

  • Determine the multipliers of the hourly rate on a public holiday - if, for example, there is a 2-fold rate (double rate) on a public holiday, then 1 must be indicated as the multiplier.
