  • Granting administrator rights

  • Granting of optional rights

In the software, it is possible to give each employee many different rights in addition to registering their own working hours. Let's see how to give an employee:

  1. The right of administration, or the role of an administrator - a full-fledged user who can change all possible settings in the software, manage employees, work schedules, and objects; add, change, and delete working hours and generate reports. To grant the right, you must first open "Setting" - "Employees" and then open an existing employee from the "Edit" button or use the "Add new employee" button to add a new employee

Then set the first name, last name, e-mail or phone number, and password for the new employee to enter the software:

Select the "Permissions" module on the left side and set the employee to the administrator under "Role," and then save the given changes:

2. Granting optional rights, i.e., the Manager role - works similarly to granting administration rights, i.e., to grant rights, you must first open "Settings" - "Employees" and then open an existing employee from the "Edit" button or use the "Add new employee" button to add a new employee.

Then set the first name, last name, e-mail/phone number, and password for the new employee to enter the software and select the "Rights" module

Under Rights, select "Manager" as the employee role:

Then, from the opened list, select the necessary options for the user by marking the box in front of the option in blue:

  • Change general settings

  • Add or change administrators

  • Add or change departments

  • Add or change employees - the user has the right to add new employees and change existing ones

  • Only view/change/add your data - the user has the right to see, change, or delete only their own data on the timesheet

  • Add or change comments

  • Confirm timesheets

  • Confirm under time and overtime

Schedule rights:

  • Add or change a schedule

  • Confirm schedules

When all the desired options have been made, save the settings using the "Save changes" button.
