It is possible to register working time through the fingerprint device in three different ways:

  • Fingerprint

  • Smart card

  • Employee’s PIN code

  1. In order for an employee to be able to register their working hours with a fingerprint or smart card, the employee's fingerprints or smart card must first be read into the device. Instructions for doing this can be found HERE.

  2. The fingerprints must then be linked to the employee in the software. Instructions for doing this can be found HERE
After completing the previous two points, the employee must place their finger on the sensor of the device both when coming to work and when leaving work in order to register working time.

  3. If the device cannot identify the employee using a fingerprint (for example, the fingerprint is worn or damaged), it is possible to register time using the employee's PIN code. Each employee has a unique PIN code, which is automatically generated for the employee by the system and cannot be changed. You can find the employee's PIN code in the "Settings" - "Employees" - select the right employee - "General information"

To register with a PIN code, proceed as follows:

  1. Press the "PIN" key on the device (arrow button down on the right side of the keyboard)

  2. Enter your PIN code on the keyboard

  3. Press the "OK" key

NB! When registering working hours, make sure that after pressing your finger on the sensor, waving the smart card or entering the PIN code, the corresponding entries are displayed on the screen of the device at the start and end of the working time:
